Build in 1833 by Robert Gore Booth is a magnificent country house designed by Francis Goodwin in the Greek revival style. Home of Countess Constance Markievicz, patriot and first woman to be elected to the House of Commons at Westminster and her sister Eva Gore Booth.

From Sligo town take the N15 to Donegal, turn left in Drumcliffe after Yeats Tavern, left in Carney past Lissadell House, left at Dunleavy’s shop. We are situated past the castle on the right hand side at the sign ’Ceramic Sculpture’.
